Arctic Spas Blocked Pump Flow (Not Air Lock or Dirty Filters) 

If you know restricted flow is not being caused by dirty or old filters or an air lock, check for blocked flow to the pump by looking at the following:

Blocked Flow on Pressure Side: 

Restricted flow through the heater from a blocked check valve or other obstruction can cause the water in the heater to reach 119ºF. 

1. Check the wet end of P1 intake; 

2. Ensure all ball valves are in the open position and check for any debris that may be blocking the water flow;
