My hot tub isn't heating. What's usually wrong?
The most common causes are a failed heater element, a flow issue from a dirty filter or a weak pump, or a tripped high-limit sensor. Our technician will diagnose the actual cause before recommending a repair.
Can you fix a leaking hot tub?
Yes. We diagnose leaks in plumbing, jets, pump seals and heater unions. Leaks inside the shell or cabinet foam take longer to locate, and we'll explain the cost before proceeding.
Do you balance hot tub water chemistry?
Yes. Bring a water sample to our store for free testing, or schedule a technician visit for on-site balancing and troubleshooting.
