Why Buy from a Dealer? Premier Pool & Spa is a Warranty Center for most of the brands we carry, including Maytronics Pool Cleaners. Because of our limited number of service techs, we are only able to do warranty service on the whole goods we sell ourselves.
What Does this Mean? If you buy from Premier Pool & Spa and your cleaner has a warranty issue, simply bring it into the store for local repair. If you buy online, you will need to ship the cleaner (at your expense) to their out of state warranty center. Be careful about buying any whole goods online, and be sure you fully understand the warranty offered. Many whole goods (pumps, filters, heaters) do not qualify for warranties if they are purchased online or if they are not installed by a professional dealer. Other items will have a much shorter 30 day warranty that still will not cover damage due to improper installation, which unfortunately is the most common issue on self-installed items.
