A compatible Classic or Core Series Arctic Spa

in.touch2 WiFi module by Gecko

Access to your home WiFi network

A smartphone or tablet with the in.touch2 app installed
📦 Skip the Hard Part (If You Ordered from Arctic)
✅ If your spa was ordered directly from Arctic with the in.touch2 module included, the spa transmitter is already pre-installed inside the spa pack. You can skip the physical installation steps shown in the video below and proceed directly to the WiFi connection steps via the in.touch2 app.

📱 Step-by-Step: Connect Your in.touch2 to WiFi
Once your spa transmitter & home transmitter are installed (or pre-installed), follow these steps to connect it to your home WiFi network:
1️⃣ Download the in.touch2 App
Available on both Android and iOS:
2️⃣ Log in or create your Gecko account to begin setup.

3️⃣ Follow the In-App Instructions
Very Important: Your cell phone MUST be connected to the same Wi-Fi network and router that you connected your in.touch2 spa transmitter module to for this next step to work. The house transmitter must also have the "Blue" Status LED light lit. Once these items have been confirmed, continue to the app and complete these steps:

Select “Add a spa”

The app will search for the in.touch2 module

Choose your spa when it appears
