If a shipment comes in at a rate higher than expected for any reason (shipper rate changes, oversize dimensions, error of the website, etc) and the shipping rates do not cover the cost, Premier Pool & Spa reserves the right to ask for the additional shipping costs or canceling the order.
Shipping policy
Premier Pool & Spa will do its best to ship and deliver products within expected shipping times. If an item does not arrive within the expected time and you no longer want the product, it can be returned for a full refund. Unfortunately we do not have control over the shipping companies, so we cannot provide a discount based on late arrivals.
