M3029  -  Coverstar CS3000 - 3 Or 6 Wire Motor Mounting Face Plate Bracket Adapter (New 5/13). Needed For Most Coverstar Motor Replacements - Note: Two Extra Holes Generally need to be drilled to get all four mounting bolts attached. Once you have two bolts attached the other two can usually be easily drilled out as the plate will be in place.
