Internal: referenced by Shopify return rules (final sale) so these items are excluded from self-serve free returns; customers contact us to arrange a freight return.

Membership: (1) any product tagged no-free-returns (hand-tagged, e.g. S.R. Smith boards, stands, slides, lifts, rails, games); (2) automatically, any product over $400 tagged pool-heaters, cartridge-filter-systems, de-filter-systems, sand-filters, filters, pool-cleaners, or robotic-cleaner (the tags that feed the Pool Heaters, filter-system, and Automatic Pool Cleaners collections).
