Special Order Automatic Pool Cover Fabric from Latham (Coverstar or PCS), Aquamatic, Cover Pools or APC - Sold per square foot - The fabric will be ordered from the appropriate manufacturer based upon your existing system and existing tracks. We recommend fabrics to be ordered from the original manufacturer as the ropes each manufacturer uses are variable in gauge and stretch. The OEM also provides the proper leading edge corner for their covers, as other manufacturers may not provide exactly the right corner in all cases.
Square footage includes the "Slack" and 3 feet of extra fabric that is required to roll up on the roll-up tube. The "Slack" is an extra amount of fabric that is required which makes the fabric wider than the actual track width so that the fabric will float on the pool water. The slack and three extra feet of fabric are required for all automatic pool cover fabrics for a proper installation. Slack will be 6" for undertrack orders and 7" for top track orders.
All new fabrics come with the appropriate amount of rope for the installation, the ropes are installed as a continuous rope, attached into the fabric.
We will require a color selection, note, some color selections do not have exact matching webbing, when this is the case, there is a similar color webbing that will be used. (Example: Dark Blue Webbing on Royal Blue Webbing)
