🧪 Pre-Application Instructions

Before using BioGuard Optimizer, make sure your water is properly balanced:

• pH: 7.4 – 7.6

• Total Alkalinity: 80 – 120 ppm

• Calcium Hardness: Minimum 150 ppm

🧴 How to Apply BioGuard Optimizer

📏 Dosage:
Add 15 lbs. of BioGuard Optimizer per 15,000 gallons of pool water
(That’s 1.5 lbs. per 1,000 gallons)

🌀 Application Method:

• With your pump running and circulation evident in the skimmer, slowly pour the product into the skimmer

• Allow pool to circulate for 4–8 hours after application

• Do not add Optimizer if water is not circulating

• Do not mix with other chemicals during application

✅ How to Use It:

• Dose: 1 lb per 10,000 gallons raises hardness by ~10 ppm

• Apply by: Broadcasting with the pump running

• Wait Time: 2 hours between dosages — break large doses into 3 applications

• Frequency: As needed based on test results
