Two O-ring gaskets for Raypak heaters with polymer (Capron) headers. They seal the inlet/outlet header and the return header where each one bolts to the heat exchanger tube sheet. Raypak lists the pair in the polymer heat exchanger section of its parts lists.

• 206A, 266A, 336A and 406A heaters with polymer headers, built from October 2004 (Raypak's parts list also names the 266 and 399)
• Low NOx 207A, 267A, 337A and 407A heaters with polymer headers
• RP2100 R185A, R265A, R335A and R405A with polymer (Capron) headers, built November 1998 to early 2004
• RP2100 R185B, R265B, R335B and R405B with polymer headers, built October 2003 to October 2004
• Not for ASME metal headers (cast iron or bronze), which use header gasket set 800014B

📌 Good to know:

• Raypak's heat exchanger reversal steps say to clean the tube sheet and the header where the gasket seats, coat the gasket with a non-petroleum lubricant such as Aqualube, and keep the header nuts at or below 7 ft-lb.
