Raypak 006737F Water Pressure Switch, 1.75 PSI
Part # 006737F | Genuine Raypak replacement part | For 206A to 406A, 207A to 407A, 106A, 156A and Avia heaters
The water pressure switch is mounted on the in/out header and lets the heater fire only while the filter pump is running. When the pump stops and pressure at the heater drops, the switch opens and the burners shut off; digital models show Water Sw Open. Raypak sets it at the factory for a heater installed at deck level, and it can be adjusted for a heater that sits a little above or below the water.
✅ Fits these Raypak models:
- Raypak 206A, 266A, 336A and 406A heaters, digital and millivolt (built from 10/2004)
- Raypak 207A, 267A, 337A and 407A Low NOx heaters
- Raypak 106A and 156A above-ground pool heaters
- Raypak Avia 264A and 404A
- Raypak RP2100 R185A to R405A and R185B to R405B (built 11/1998 to 10/2004)
- Raypak 130A (built 10/2005 to 4/2013)
- Raypak Versa 105B with the pressure switch mounted directly on the header (built 1999 to 7/2006)
🔧 Details:
- Factory setting 1.75 PSI (12 kPa) for deck-level installations, per the 106A/156A, 207A to 407A and Avia manuals
- Adjustable with the knob on the switch
- Raypak parts library name: Kit-Pressure Switch
📌 Good to know:
- Raypak's adjustment diagram allows for a heater up to 5 ft above or below the pool or spa. Outside those limits Raypak offers an 11 PSI switch (009133F), or a flow switch mounted next to the heater, instead.
- Raypak's caution: do not operate the heater without a properly adjusted water pressure switch or flow switch.
- The newest 206A to 406A manual (2026) gives the factory setting as 2.0 PSI while still listing this part, named Pressure Switch 1.75 PSI, in its parts list.
- On the 106A and 156A, Raypak's winterizing steps have the switch removed and dried, because moisture left in it can freeze and damage it.
- Keep the header access panel in place; Raypak notes it protects the switch from rain.
