How to use (per Haviland)

• Best results above 60 degrees F
• Adjust pH to 7.5 or higher and clean filter as necessary; add when pool is not in use
• Reduce chlorine to 1 ppm before application and for 1 week after
• Turn off chlorine generator and disconnect, bypass or remove Nature 2, Frog and similar systems
• For light staining or low metal content use 1 quart per 10,000 gallons; double the dose for issue stains
• Run filter continuously 48 hours; pool use can resume in 8 hours; avoid superchlorinating for 1 week
• Water with high calcium, TDS or positive saturation index may cloud and clears with normal filtration; clarifiers speed recovery
