These are the two 2 in. CPVC union halves, with their nuts, that join the pool plumbing to the water inlet and outlet of a Raypak gas heater. Each connector seals against the header with an O-ring and is held on by its nut, and the pool pipe is glued into the connector. Raypak's parts lists show the same set on the 206A to 406A, the 106A and 156A, and several earlier lines.

📌 Good to know:

• Raypak's instructions for fitting the unions: seat the O-ring in its groove, lubricate it with Aqualube or another non-petroleum lubricant, hand-tighten the union, and glue the PVC pipe directly into it.
• For the Avia 264A and 404A, Raypak's current parts list shows kit 100-10006535, a 2 in. CPVC connector and split nut set, where the 2024 manual showed 006723F. The Avia's inlet/outlet header and its union O-rings (006724F) have the same part numbers in both manuals, and Raypak still lists 006723F for the 206A to 406A, 207A to 407A, 408A, 106A and 156A.
