This is the standing pilot burner for Raypak millivolt heaters that run on natural gas. On these heaters the pilot burns all the time and also acts as a safety: if the pilot flame goes out, gas to the pilot and the main burners shuts off until the pilot is relit by hand. Raypak lists this pilot as the service part for its millivolt pool and spa heaters from the Gemini and Spa-Pak models of the 1970s through the millivolt 206A to 406A.

🔧 Details:

• Natural gas, millivolt (standing pilot) type. Raypak's parts lists call it Pilot Nat. MV.
• Raypak's parts-library photo shows the pilot burner with the pilot generator (thermopile) and its armored lead attached, plus two mounting screws.
• Sold separately on the same parts lists: pilot generator 600019B, natural gas pilot orifice 003901F and pilot tube 004078F.
• The propane version of this pilot is 600575B.

📌 Good to know:

• For natural gas millivolt (standing pilot) heaters only. Raypak's parts lists show pilot 002003F for the electronic-ignition (IID) versions of these heaters.
• Pilot and gas work should be done by a qualified service technician.
