This kit is the ignition control module for Raypak Hi Delta, Delta Limited, MVB and XTherm commercial heaters. These heaters light with a hot-surface igniter; the control runs the ignition sequence and uses the flame sensor to confirm the burners are lit. Raypak's parts-library photo shows a Fenwal automatic ignition control whose label says it must only be replaced with an identical part, Raypak kit 007374F.

🔧 Details:

• Raypak parts list name: Ignition Control (Ignition Control HSI Three Try on the MVB and XTherm lists).
• The module label in Raypak's photo reads Fenwal automatic ignition control, 3 tries, 24 VAC input, for a 120 VAC hot-surface igniter.
• The photo shows the kit as the control module with a wire harness, a separate lead wire, wire nuts, crimp terminals, mounting screws and cable ties.
• On the Hi Delta and Delta Limited lists it sits with hot-surface igniter 007400F and flame sensor 006535F.

📌 Good to know:

• Heaters fitted with the manual-reset ignition control take 009057F, not this kit. Raypak lists that version for the Hi Delta A and B models and the Delta Limited, and calls it the single-try control on the MVB and XTherm lists.
• This is a commercial heater part. It is not listed for Raypak's residential pool heaters (206A to 406A, 207A to 407A, RP2100, Versa, 106A, 156A or Avia).
• Ignition and gas controls should be replaced by a qualified service technician.
