This is the flame sensor for Raypak Hi Delta and Delta Limited commercial heaters. These heaters light with a hot-surface igniter, and this separate rod sits in the burner flame so the ignition control can confirm that the burners have lit. Raypak's parts-library photo shows a single metal rod in a ceramic insulator on a two-hole mounting bracket with a quick-connect terminal.

• Listed next to the hot-surface igniter 007400F. On the Hi Delta 302 to 2342 and Delta Limited lists the matching ignition control is 007374F (009057F on manual-reset units).

📌 Good to know:

• This is a commercial heater part. It is not listed for Raypak's residential pool heaters such as the 206A to 406A, 207A to 407A, 106A, 156A or Avia.
• Ignition system parts should be replaced by a qualified service technician.
