This is the control transformer for the Raypak 106A, the analog model in the 106A/156A above-ground heater line. It takes the heater's 120 or 240 volt supply and provides the 24 volts the heater's controls and gas valve run on. The digital 156A uses a different transformer.

✅ Fits these Raypak models:

• Raypak 106A above-ground pool and spa heater, 105,000 BTU, analog dial control
• Raypak 130A pool and spa heaters with direct spark ignition (DSI), built 2005 to 2013. Not for millivolt 130A heaters: Raypak lists this transformer only in the DSI control box
• Not for the digital 156A or the 206A to 406A family, which take transformer 006736F

• The 106A ships with a 120 volt power cord. The manual's 240 volt conversion is made at this transformer's leads in the control box

📌 Good to know:

• The manual's 240 volt instructions say which transformer lead is capped and which leads take the supply and ground. Follow the manual and its wiring diagram; electrical work on a gas heater is for a qualified technician.
