Spa Cover Lifter*Parts Only (Labor NOT Included)30 Days

Arctic Spa Covers are extremely energy efficient & extremely tough, because of this, they are also heavy. The Atlas Cover Lifter is the heaviest duty cover lifter in the industry, it was specially built to assist you with lifting the Arctic Spas Cover. Even with it's sturdy construction, you will need to Assist the cover lifter until the cover comes to rest when opening, and don't allow it to drop back against the cover lifter stops as it will cause the cover lifter to fail prematurely. Any Premier Pool & Spa employee can give you a demonstration on opening your cover properly. Please avoid having your spa cover open in high winds, disengage the cover lifter arm lock when closing your cover & always use your cover clips to keep the cover secure on the spa.

This document does not include all exclusions and details of the Arctic Spas warranty. Please consult Arctic Spa's Owner's Manual for full details. All items that are replaced during the spa's warranty period are covered under the same warranty conditions as the spa's warranty period. Replaced components do not receive additional warranty coverage beyond the end of the spa's warranty period. Any part installed on an out of warranty spa has a 1 year part only warranty, with the exception of electrodes, pillows & cover lifters which have 30 day warranties.

Connecting your Pre-2020 spa to the Arctic Spas App & MyArcticSpa.com

How to Connect a Pre-2020 Arctic Spa to the Arctic Spas App & MyArcticSpa.com

If you own an older Arctic Spa and want to control your hot tub from your phone, you may need to connect the spa to MyArcticSpa.com before it can be used with the Arctic Spas app.

This guide walks through the complete process for connecting a pre-2020 Arctic Spa to your home network, creating a MyArcticSpa.com account, registering the spa, and accessing your spa through the Arctic Spas mobile app.

Before You Begin: Connect Your Arctic Spa to Your Home Network

Your spa must first have a network connection before it can communicate with MyArcticSpa.com.

Older connection methods such as Ethernet Over Power (EOP) and traditional Wi-Fi extenders are deprecated and are no longer our recommended connection methods.

For these Arctic Spa systems, we recommend one of the following:

Option 1: Direct Ethernet Connection

A direct LAN connection can be made by running a Cat5 Ethernet cable between the Arctic Spa and your home router.

When practical, a hardwired connection provides a straightforward way to place the spa on your home network.

Option 2: DECO Network Links

For installations where running a direct Ethernet cable is not practical, DECO Links can be used to extend your home network to the spa.

Premier Pool & Spa can install DECO Links for $100 each with no additional labor charge.

Most installations require approximately two DECO units, although three or more may be required depending on the distance between your home's router and the spa.

Once the spa has been successfully connected to the network, you can begin setting up the Arctic Spas app and MyArcticSpa.com.

Step 1: Download the Arctic Spas App

Open the App Store on your phone or other compatible mobile device.

Search for:

Arctic Spas

Select the official Arctic Spas app and choose Get or Install.

Once installation is complete, open the app.

Step 2: Select "Setup New Spa"

After opening the Arctic Spas app, select:

Setup New Spa

This option should appear near the lower-right portion of the screen.

When asked whether you want to continue with another setup method, select:

No (Continue on MyArcticSpa.com)

You will then continue the registration process through MyArcticSpa.com.

Step 3: Create a MyArcticSpa.com Account

On the MyArcticSpa.com page, select:

Complete the required fields to create your new user account and then select:

Register

After submitting the registration form, a message should appear advising you that an account confirmation email will be sent to you.

Step 4: Confirm Your MyArcticSpa.com Account

Check your email for a message from:

donotreply@myarcticspa.com

Open the email and select the:

Confirm my MyArcticSpa.com account

link.

You should then be directed back to MyArcticSpa.com, where an account activation confirmation message will be displayed.

Your MyArcticSpa.com account is now ready to use.

Step 5: Log In to MyArcticSpa.com

Select the Login link on the account activation confirmation page.

Enter the username and password you created during registration.

Select:

You should now be signed into your MyArcticSpa.com account.

Step 6: Begin Registering Your Arctic Spa

Once logged in, locate the Profile section.

Select:

Register an Arctic Spa

This begins the process of linking your physical Arctic Spa to your MyArcticSpa.com account.

Step 7: Connect Your Device to the Same Network as the Spa

Before searching for the spa, make sure the phone, tablet, or computer you are using is connected to the same home network as the Arctic Spa.

This is necessary during the initial registration process.

Once both devices are on the same network, select:

Search

on the Register a Spa page.

Step 8: Wait for "rEG ConF" on the Arctic Spa Control Panel

After selecting Search, watch the spa's topside controller.

Within approximately 1–5 minutes, the controller should display:

rEG ConF

This indicates that the spa has entered the registration process and has been detected by MyArcticSpa.com.

Step 9: Confirm Your Arctic Spa Information

After rEG ConF appears on the spa's topside control, the Register a Spa page on MyArcticSpa.com should update automatically.

The page should display information about your spa, including:

  • Spa Serial Number

  • Firmware Version

  • Product ID

You should also see a button labeled:

Register

Step 10: Register the Spa

Select the Register button.

Once registration is successfully completed, your Arctic Spa should be associated with your MyArcticSpa.com account.

You can now access and control the spa through both:

  • MyArcticSpa.com

  • The Arctic Spas mobile app

Your Arctic Spa Is Now Connected

Once registration is complete, you can use the Arctic Spas app for remote access to your compatible Arctic Spa system.

The most important part of the initial setup is ensuring that the spa has a reliable network connection and that the device being used for registration is connected to the same network as the spa while completing the registration process.

Need Help Connecting an Older Arctic Spa?

Older Arctic Spa communication systems can sometimes be more difficult to connect than newer equipment, particularly when the spa is located a significant distance from the home's router.

Premier Pool & Spa can help with Arctic Spa network connectivity and DECO Link installation.

If your Arctic Spa needs a more reliable network connection, contact Premier Pool & Spa and we can help determine how many DECO Links are likely to be required based on the distance between your router and spa.
