End-User License Agreement (EULA)
Premier Pool & Spa – Application End-User License Agreement
Effective Date: 3/15/2026
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of software applications and integrations developed by Premier Pool & Spa ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") that connect with QuickBooks Online or related accounting systems.
1. License Grant
Premier Pool & Spa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application solely for internal business purposes in connection with your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Permitted Use
You agree to use the application only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You may not:

Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code

Copy, redistribute, or resell the application

Use the application to violate QuickBooks terms of service

Use the application for unlawful or fraudulent activities
3. Third-Party Services
This application interacts with third-party services including but not limited to:

QuickBooks Online (Intuit)

Zapier
-
Stripe
-
Other connected business software
Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
4. Data Usage
The application may access or process accounting data necessary to perform requested automation tasks. Data access is limited to the permissions granted by the user through QuickBooks authorization.
We do not claim ownership of your financial or customer data.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Premier Pool & Spa does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or compatibility with future QuickBooks updates.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premier Pool & Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the application if misuse, abuse, or violation of this agreement occurs.
8. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this agreement periodically. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
