💳 How to Pay by ACH (Bank Account) Using Stripe
Paying your Premier Pool & Spa invoice with your bank account is now easier than ever! We’ve partnered with Stripe Financial Connections to securely process ACH payments—no paper checks, no stamps, just a few simple steps. We understand that sharing your bank information online can feel like a big step—but rest assured, your security is our priority. When you pay through Stripe, your information is encrypted and processed by Stripe Financial Connections, a trusted industry leader that securely handles millions of payments daily. Premier Pool & Spa never sees or stores your bank login details. You remain in full control—after your payment is complete, you can easily disconnect your bank account and permanently remove your information from Stripe if you choose. It’s a secure, convenient way to pay—on your terms.
🧾 Step-by-Step Guide
🔹 Step 1: Login to Stripe
Enter your email at this link: https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/bIYbMmajLd2Q6Ry144
Stripe will send a link directly to your email to login to your customer portal.
Please Note: You must enter the email that we used when we sent your quote/work order/invoice to you. Your customer portal was created with that email. If you need us to update your customer portal email please let us know.
🔹 Step 2: Open Your Email & Click The Link
🔹 Step 3: Select "+Add payment method"
Proceed to Step 4 if you do not have "link" already attached to your Stripe account.
If you do have "link" on your Stripe account already, you will need to log out of link first before you will get the option to add a US bank account. If you have link on your account already it will look like the below, please follow the steps below to log out of link.
Proceed to step 4.
🔹 Step 4: Select “US bank account” as Payment Method
🔹 Step 5: Enter your Email, Full name & Select or Search for your bank
🔹 Step 6: Login to your Bank
You are logging into your bank's website through Stripe in this step. Use the Username & Password that you normally use to login to your bank's website in this step.
🔹 Step 7: Verify it's you
Verify it's you - Your bank will send you a code, enter it now & click Submit
🔹 Step 8: Finish Adding To Stripe
When you reach the Success screen you are not quite done yet, you will need to click "Back to Premier Pool & Spa" then you will confirm your email address and full name are correct, choose whether you want this payment method as your primary payment method and click "Add".
Note: If you are adding your bank account to Stripe through "link" there will be one extra step where link sends you a 6 digit verification code that you will need to enter. Screenshot below.
If you are adding your bank account through "link" you will need to complete this step as well, if this screen does not show up for you, ignore this screenshot.
🔹 Confirmed!
You should now see your bank account as a payment method. This will allow payments to be made instantly from your bank account, qualifying you for discounts that are available for "paying by cash or check".
