How It Works

The Instant Frog works as water passes over the minerals inside the cartridge, killing bacteria and helping maintain clear, healthy water. You still need to maintain a low level of chlorine (0.5–1.0 ppm) for complete sanitation, but you'll use far less than with traditional methods.

Installation & Directions

1. Remove your skimmer cover and basket handle if necessary.
2. Place the Instant Frog cartridge flat side down in the empty skimmer basket.
3. Replace the skimmer cover. No tools required!
4. Maintain proper pool water balance (pH 7.2–7.8, Total Alkalinity 60–120 ppm, Calcium Hardness 200–400 ppm).
5. Test water regularly and maintain at least 0.5 ppm free chlorine.

Pro Tip: Replace every 6 months or at the start of each pool season for best results. Not for use in spas, hot tubs, or above-ground/inflatable pools.
