POWERFUL ACTIVATED CARBON - The Hurricane HF-CAR10000-01 contains approximately 20 cubic inches of activated carbon to help filter out contaminants, sediment, chemicals, debris, organic matter and more from your garden hose or spigot prior to filling your spa, hot tub, pool, pet bath or while watering your garden plants. When first using: Flush water until it runs clear, then use as normal.

DIMENSIONS - We manufacture to tighter tolerances than other pool filter brands. This product measures 7 inches in length with approximately 5 inches of activated carbon filtration. Our pre filter has both female and male threaded ends to work with standard sized 3/4" garden hoses.
