Natural Chemistry Scale Free is expertly formulated to prevent scale buildup and metal staining in swimming pools, protecting surfaces and equipment without using phosphates or harsh acids. This easy-to-use formula is ideal for pools with high calcium, iron, copper, or other minerals, and is safe for all pool types.

How It Works: Scale Free targets dissolved minerals in the water, keeping them from depositing on surfaces and inside equipment. This helps prevent unsightly stains and damage from scale buildup, especially in hard water areas and with saltwater pools.
Directions for Use:
- Apply to properly balanced pool water.
- Evenly distribute the recommended initial dose around the pool edges.
- For water hardness above 400 ppm, follow the “fresh fill” initial dose and brush surfaces thoroughly. Afterward, use double the monthly maintenance dose.
- Do not use at the same time as clarifiers, flocculants, or polyquat algaecides; wait 24 hours between additions.
- Can be added weekly (divide monthly dose by 4 for weekly treatment).
Note: Avoid using with biguanide-based sanitizers. Safe for use with chlorine, bromine, saltwater, and mineral systems.

Note:​ Cationic polymers used in many clarifiers, flocculants and polyquat algaecides should not be dosed to swimming pool water at the same time as metal control products. Cloudy water, precipitation and reduced product effectiveness may result. Wait 24 hours between additions.
Do not use with biguanides.
Directions for use:
This product is designed for use in properly balanced pool water.
Following dosage chart below, add the recommended initial dosage of Scalefree​ to the pool water evenly around the edges.
Note: If water hardness level in existing pool water is above 400ppm (parts per million), follow recommendations for fresh fill initial dose. Brushing is required. After initial dose, proceed with double the recommended monthly dosage.
