Keep your pool filter watertight and serviceable with this replacement drain adapter and O-ring kit designed for large Jandy/Polaris-style filter tanks. ✅ This kit supplies the sealing component and drain fitting needed to quickly restore a secure, leak-free drain connection during maintenance or after wear.

• 🔧 What it is — A replacement drain adapter plus a new O-ring sized for large filter tank drain ports. Replaces worn or damaged drain fittings to stop leaks and enable easy winterization and draining.
• 🧩 Compatibility — Intended for use with Jandy/Polaris style large cartridge and sand filter tanks. Verify your filter model and existing part dimensions prior to ordering for a correct fit.
• ⚙️ Included — One drain adapter and one O-ring. O-ring provides the watertight seal between the adapter and the tank drain boss.

✅ Key benefits:

• Stops leaks from worn or cracked drain fittings
• Restores easy tank draining for maintenance and winterization
• Simple, quick field replacement—no special tools required

📋 Installation overview:

• Turn off equipment and relieve system pressure before servicing.
• Remove the old drain adapter; clean the drain boss and mating surface.
• Lightly lubricate the new O-ring with a silicone-based pool-safe lubricant to ease installation and protect the seal.
• Install the O-ring on the adapter, insert the adapter into the drain boss and hand-tighten. Do not overtighten—tighten until snug and leak-free.
• Pressurize system and inspect for leaks; re-tighten slightly if necessary.

⚠️ Notes & tips:

• Always confirm part compatibility with your filter model before installation.
• Replace the O-ring anytime you remove the drain to ensure a reliable seal.
• If leaks persist after replacement, inspect the drain boss for cracks or damage that may require tank repair or replacement.
