Raypak 010059F Copper Tube Bundle for 206A and 207A Heaters with Polymer Headers

Raypak 010059F Copper Tube Bundle for 206A and 207A Heaters
Part # 010059F | Genuine Raypak replacement part | For 206A and 207A heaters with polymer headers and a copper heat exchanger
This is the copper tube bundle for Raypak 206A and 207A gas pool and spa heaters built with polymer headers. The tube bundle is the fin tube core of the heat exchanger: the tubes the pool water flows through between the inlet/outlet header and the return header. Raypak lists it separately from the two headers, so it can be replaced on its own.
✅ Fits these Raypak models:
- Raypak 206A heaters, digital and millivolt, with polymer headers and a copper heat exchanger (model number ending in C), built from 10/2004
- Raypak 207A digital Low NOx heaters with polymer headers and a copper heat exchanger (residential models built 2004 to 2023)
- Not for heaters with a cupronickel heat exchanger (model number ending in X); those take a cupronickel tube bundle (014930F on units built from 7/2013)
- Not for ASME heaters with bronze or cast-iron headers, which use a different tube bundle
🔧 Details:
- Raypak part number 010059F, listed as Tube Bundle Copper (item 4-HP)
- Tube material: copper
- For the polymer-header (residential) heat exchanger
- Supplied with the heat exchanger baffles, a flange nut kit and 2 header O-ring gaskets. Raypak also lists these on their own: baffle 010038F, flange nut kit 008259F, O-ring gaskets 006713F (set of 2)
- The inlet/outlet header and the return header are separate parts and are not included
📌 Good to know:
- Raypak warns that the water flow or water chemistry problem that ruined a tube bundle has very likely damaged the bypass valve and the Unitherm Governor as well. It recommends replacing the Unitherm Governor and inspecting the bypass assembly at the same time.
- Copper and cupronickel tube bundles are not interchangeable. Match the bundle to the heater's model suffix.
- Replacing a tube bundle means taking the heat exchanger out of a gas heater; have a qualified service technician do the work.
