This is the polymer return header for Raypak 206A to 406A and 207A to 407A gas pool and spa heaters. The return header closes the end of the heat exchanger on the side opposite the water connections, and it is where the heat exchanger drain plug sits. The kit includes the flange nuts.

• Raypak 207A, 267A, 337A and 407A digital Low NOx heaters with polymer headers
• Raypak 206A, 266A, 336A and 406A heaters with polymer headers, digital and millivolt, built from 10/2004 (also the 266 and 399 covered by the same parts list). Raypak's 2023 manual lists this header for them; the current manual shows a new number, 100-10008782
• Not for ASME heaters with bronze or cast-iron headers
